Many of you are going through something so very hard right now: heartache, grief, guilt, a lost sense of worth. 
I'd like to tell you that this is a season even if it feels final. It will pass. It will also leave marks on your mind and heart but it's up to you how you deal with those scars. I've said this before and I'll say it again: what other people do to you is not a reflection of you, it's a reflection of them. People are infected with their own negativity, insecurities and guilt and they will try to infect you with these things. Do not soak up other people's psychological issues. Here's your mantra:

Do no harm to others

It's my life, I only get one. I will live it unapologetically and how I please.

Love one another, forgive one another, fight for one another.


You guys, take time to rest, do not quit. Life is fucking painful, so when you find things that make you happy, that bring you peace-cling to that shit and allow yourself to have little bits of happy. Ask for help. Bear one another's burdens. Community.
